PHILOSOPHY ON HEALING: Create a safe space for clients to become and remain present in their bodies for the duration of the session. I use breath work to aid in the release of tension during deep tissue and trigger point techniques; I find clients get deeply refaced and are able to experience a greater degree of tension release.

EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS: I worked with a former professional figure skater who was experiencing chronic pain in her lumbar region. We used breathwork & Swedish massage to relax her muscles and connective tissue, then applied trigger point techniques to release long held tension in her upper gluteal muscles. We were able to release some long term pain she was experiencing due to old trauma.
