Cara’s approach to massage is client based. She strives to make each massage right for every individual’s needs. She specializes in prenatal massage and is a certified Reiki Master. Cara chose to become a licensed massage therapist because she loves helping people and it brings her peace. She loves being in a field of wellness that helps in the fight against our #1 enemy: stress. Cara is a graduate from The Institute of Bodywork Studies.
