Now that spring is around the corner, it’s time to enjoy the healthy benefits of this warm season. To keep your spring fresh and exciting, here are a few of our favorite ways to spend this time of year:

●    Travel
You don’t have to book a vacation to a far off, exotic location, just get creative with forming new experiences. In Arizona, there are plenty of close places to get out into nature, hike a trail, and explore. Head north for the pine forest or south for desert territory. If you are really in the mood, pack your bags and head to the California coast for a quick jaunt.  If you are short of time, consider exploring the beautiful place you live by hitting up museums, botanical gardens, the zoo, or even the outlet malls can make a great destination.

●    Cooking
We love trying out new, light recipes in the spring. This is the perfect time for simple salads, grilled sides and fish or vegetables. Spring in the kitchen can help refresh your body while satisfying your mind with seasonal ingredients.
