Lauren has many years of experience as a massage therapist, licensed in the state of CT since 2011. Her past employment history includes clinical massage working in a chiropractic office & yoga studio. She is one of the Elite therapists here at our studio. Certified in Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish, Reflexology, Cranial Massage, Oncology Massage, Prenatal, Cupping, Hot Stone, & Aromaritual. She does make use of assisted stretching, range of motion, & joint mobilization in her sessions. Her goal is to always have clients feel their areas of concern are addressed & leave Elements more relaxed than when they came in.

Lauren is a wilderness enthusiast, who loves spending her free time outdoors, whether it's hiking with her family & friends, paddle boarding, clamming, gardening, or practicing yoga.
