3/2025: Your therapist are top of the line. I’ve never had a bad massage!
I am a graduate of Carnegie Institute, receiving my license in Massage Therapy in 2024. I also earned a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. I am also a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and utilize my skills to assist Veterans to combat post-traumatic stress disorder.
I am passionate about assisting individuals with sport-specific and therapeutic injuries that involve manipulating the body for a desired outcome. I frequently work with basketball, tennis/golf, tennis, hockey, ironman, triathletes and active-duty military/veterans. Some of their injuries include shin splints, golf/tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, whiplash, frozen shoulder, piriformis syndrome, T.M.J.D., thoracic outlet syndrome and post-traumatic brain injuries.
Sports massage is a huge aspect of recovery and relaxation for athletes, military/veterans, as well as the general population. I like to say, "This career path chose me as much as I chose it." Helping people is my passion and massage therapy is the vehicle. I love going along for the ride with my clients, wherever they may be in their healing journey!
