Jo's favorite work is trigger point based massages, as people who receive those massages often report decreased pain, increased range of motion, and increased overall comfort afterwards. She aims to create a relaxing and healing zone for our clients to feel supported on their path toward overall health.

The basis for creating a successful massage environment rests largely on communication. Particularly when trying to rid the body of trigger points, we put a lot of work into making sure our therapist and our client are on the same page about the goals and expectations during and after a massage.

Jo has spent 661 Hours studying the art of massage and maintains a student mindset as she adds to her two years of experience. "These therapies gave me back the ability to walk without pain, and now I seek to provide the same to my community."
