Alana is our Deepest Tissue therapist who is an expert at Myofascial Release. She also uses Muscle Fiber Manipulation, Cupping and basic Reflexology to assist her clients. She graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy as a dedicated therapist. She is also certified in prenatal and cupping.
