Opportunities for Improvement:
1 -You've got some salt stone heaters that are not up to par. Some of them barely heat the stones, and you've got one that brings the salt stones to scalding temps. Please invest in some new ones for better safety and service for your clients AND your therapists. I really enjoy having the salt into my skin, but it's no fun when it either not effective or so hot that they can't be used.

2 - It would also be nice to have a hot towel warmer. They have those at Hand & Stone and I don't see why you can't have them either. They are nice for adding moist heat or a quick wipe-down after a massage.

I see you as a "notch above" Hand & Stone and I'd be very happy if the investments were made to bring these suggestions to life.
