My main complaint is that every time I go it is so noisy.

This week I heard most of the conversation and laughing in the room next to me and the music in my room was loud. If there aren’t too many guests in building can you separate the massages across the hall or a room between? This Sat was very bad.

I could also hear the laundry being done. The laundry room door wasn’t closed and it was across the hall
From me.

And lastly, I hear the front desk chatter a lot and other guests being walked down the hallway speaking at full volume.

Other massage locations guests are expected to be quiet going down the hall and the front desk door is always closed.
