Cancellation Policy

Elements Woodridge requires a 24-hour cancellation notice for all sessions.

If you can't make your appointment please contact us at 630.910.3400 prior to our deadline.  Sessions not canceled or rebooked  prior to the 24-hour deadline will be charged a cancellation fee. Fees are subject to change depending on session type and length (minimum fee $50).  No show fees are charged at the regular session rate (minimum of $119).

We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Our therapists' time is all they have & missed appointments cost them significantly, because they remain idle. We take great pride in the skill of our therapists. Further, the studio suffers because we have likely turned away another guest for that time slot.
