"The location and the ease of setting appointments. I have had two massages with Jessica and Connie. Both were great. I signed up for the membership because Jessica was awesome. I don't mind recommendations but I don't like to be upsold. Recommending one thing is fine but the last time I was there, three things were suggested. Increase to 90 minutes, hot stones, and cupping. That seemed a bit excessive but the massage was great. "

"The massage I got was great however my only comment is the steps and stairs for access. I managed fine, but I am elderly, 88 years old. My friends would find the design of your place less than welcoming.

Two front office receptionists were friendly but I thought it was strange that the one who had NOT taken care of me with my gift card, seemed alarmed that it looked like I was leaving wihtout paying.. She didn't think I had paid. "
