Cecil is a newly licensed massage therapist but not new to the massage world. He completed Massage Therapy School in 2024 at Roane State, but has been certified as a Reiki Master level for three years! He is a results-driven massage therapist who blends the best of Eastern and Western healing traditions to help you move better, feel stronger, and live with less discomfort. His areas of expertise includes Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports Massage for targeted relief and performance enhancement. However, he is also skilled in providing pure relaxation if that's what your body and mind need most. Beyond the physical, I integrate yogic breathwork to calm your nervous system and Reiki to promote energetic balance. Whether you're recovering from an injury, aiming to improve athletic performance, or simply seeking profound stress relief, his holistic approach is tailored to help you find lasting well-being.
