SUMMARY
Massage was something I was always talented at, even as early as high school. I wasn’t sure if it was the right career for me but once I started school and got my hands on more people, I found that I loved it and became confident as a massage therapist.
EXPERIENCED WITH
Deep Tissue, Swedish/Relaxation, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Injury Treatment, Pin & Stretch, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Psoas Work, Sports Massage, Migraines/Headaches, Plantar Fasciitis, Intra-Oral, Sciatica, cupping, & gua sha
SUCCESS STORIES
I had a client who had incredible pain in her shoulder who found relief after just a single session - during her next visit, she said the pain was completely gone and hadn’t come back! I’ve also had multiple clients find relief from plantar fasciitis and migraines following my treatments.
WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGES UNIQUE?
I incorporate deep tissue and Swedish into my massages and when needed will use assistive tools such as cupping to promote fascial release and flushing the tissues to stimulate regeneration and healing. I also use a lot of pin & stretch and trigger point therapy, always tailoring the application to the client’s needs.
WHAT DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST WHEN RECEIVING MASSAGE?
I appreciate it when the therapist focuses on my requests, and gives suggestions for how they might be able to help relieve my problem areas.
WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE?
I really love helping people find rest and relief, seeing them leave happier than when they arrived. I love being able to fix a problem they may have.
