SUMMARY:

I first received massage therapy as care for a back injury alongside physical therapy. I really grew to appreciate how those two things work so well together on the healing journey. I decided that I wanted to go back to school to help people in similar situations. I’ve grown to really enjoy being a stepping stone in someone’s healing/wellness journey.

WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGE UNIQUE?

I try to tailor my massage to everyone’s wants and needs, so that means no massage is ever exactly the same. I like to incorporate tools and different modalities into the massages as well to try and see what works best for each individual. I feel as though every body is unique, so their massage should also be unique.
