Heather is the Lead Therapist and has been practicing massage for over 2 years. Heather specializes in several massage modalities including Deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal, scraping, pre and post event Sports massage, joint mobility, and the classic  Swedish massage. She is passionate about people living pain free lives and able to function at their highest abilities with the proper recovery and prevention practices massage therapy offers.

Kevin has 2 years of massage under his belt, he does of combination of Swedish Massage and Trigger Point Therapy. He has a wide variety of pressure ranging from light to deep.
