Judie graduated from the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy and has been practicing massage for 30+ years. She has extensive knowledge in therapeutic massage and holistic health.

She is well-versed in a number of techniques to help clients address any needs they may have. She specializes in Shiatsu, Thai massage, Oncology massage, Active Isolated Stretching , Myofascial Release, SCS (Strain/Counter strain), Swedish massage, Sports (Pre/post event) massage, Trager, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral massage, Tensegrity, Reflexology, and she is a Reiki master.

Can perform: Herbal Ritual, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Himalayan Salt Stones, Active Isolated Stretching, Cranial Sacral, Work with Minors, Prenatal, Oncology, and Cupping
