Favorite Area Of Focus: Myofascial Release because Myofascial Release (MFR) is a very effective hands-on interactive technique that provides stretching, compression and sustained pressure into restricted areas of fascia (connective tissue) in the body to eliminate pain and restore motion. It requires very little medium (cream, lotion, etc.) for better grip and it allows to break up the adhesions and improve range of motion by eliminating muscle hypertonicity.
