Why see me: Do you have pain on a daily basis or an old injury that gives you limited range of motion or acts up from time to time? Well I am the solution to get you on track to the best your body will allow you to be. I enjoy helping people improve their quality of life when it comes to daily activities. I really enjoy doing trigger point work and getting the muscles to relax. Your muscles do not become tight overnight, so they may not relax with only one session. My goal as a massage therapist is to give you more and more relief as you see me in hopes that your visits to me become less, but regular. You know your body better than anyone, so I will recommend how often to come see me in order to reach the goal we make together.
The secret to life: STRETCH! Set your alarm 5 minutes earlier in the morning or stretch before you go to bed. I could tell you a lot of different stretches, but everyone’s body is different. Go back to when you were in 7th grade PE and the basics of stretching. Stretching allows your muscles to loosen up and if you stretch on a daily basis, you are less likely to injure yourself with everyday activities as opposed to someone who does not stretch. If you are at a loss when it comes to stretching, I will be more than happy to show you which stretches will benefit you the most.
