Meet our massage therapist Jeannie who has one philosophy on healing: Holistic. Jeannie has 20 of experience in bodywork, and believes that your body is your temple, treat it well and avoid toxins. She knows that the body is an amazing living machine with the wonderful ability to maintain its' homeostasis; and can heal itself when given the appropriate resources. Massage is one of those resources that can be instrumental in the healing and maintenance process.
Jeannie often talks about the 3 pillars of wellness: Body, Mind and Spirit. The body needs a good diet: good nutrition, no toxins, copious amounts of water and an exercise routine that includes stretching and breathing. When incorporated with regular massage the benefits compliments massage with not only physical benefits, but mental and emotional benefits inherently as well.
