Massage Modalities: Deep tissue, Myofascial release, Sports massage, Injury, Swedish/relaxation, Neuromuscular Release and Headache Release.
Why I Became A Massage Therapist: The human body is an amazing structure that can do amazing things when balanced. I became a massage therapist not to heal, but to facilitate. By relaxing stressed tight muscles, over stretched muscles will start working as needed allowing the body to heal itself.
Philosophy on Healing: “We are not healers, just facilitators. The body does all the healing when in balance.”
Education: Graduate of Brookline College in Phoenix, AZ under Tate Hardcastle (2012). Also possesses a Chiropractor Assistant certification.
