Sales Client Service Specialist Full and Part Time
The front desk associate at our Elements Massage is a sales/customer service position with additional responsibilities that revolve around providing excellent services to each and every member and guest.
Must feel confident in working with customers to make Wellness Program sales
Greeting members and guests upon arrival.
Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments
Answering phone calls.
Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures and direction.
Role playing to help build confidence to grow customer base.
Working as a team with the Licensed Massage Therapists
Other responsibilities include:
Staying up to date on all promotions.
Re-engaging previous customers
Recognizing and supporting team goals
Create and maintain open lines of communication with all team members.
Assist in the cleanliness of the location (lobby and common areas).
Benefits and Compensation:
Base rate of @ $11-12/hour plus commission
Graduated commission structure based on monthly sales
Free and Reduced rate for services
Qualified candidates will:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Have a minimum of one year previous experience in direct sales
Have strong computer and phone skills
Be reliable, friendly, outgoing, team player
Possess basic math and cash/money handling experience
Have previous customer service experience (preferred)
Have ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
Work well with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
Possess general knowledge of massage services and modalities
Have effective communication skills
Maintain client confidentiality
Ability to follow Elements Service Path
Hours of operation 9:00 am – 9:00 pm Monday - Sunday
