It’s crazy, and we’re all guilty of comparing ourselves to others, whether we like it or not. You should focus on being the best you can be, not wishing you were somebody you're not.
Get out and exercise at least 30 minutes a few times a week. Exercising releases endorphins, which lead to you feeling happier and healthier!
