"The massage was fine however, I booked my first appointment on line and was called 30 minutes later to notify me that they, in fact, did not have any appointments because that therapist was no longer with the company. I went back to your website and booked an appointment for the following week at the NW Expressway location. When I showed up, they told me that there was a glitch in the system and my appointment was actually at the Memorial location. They said there would not be enough time for me to get there so I had to reschedule yet again. This time, I scheduled at the Memorial store. I showed up at my appointment, gave them my gift card and was told that I could not use it there because it was purchased at another location. Nowhere on that gift card or on the greeting card does it state that the card must be used at the location it was purchased so I had to pay $49 for a massage that should have been free. I would recommend the actual massage but I would definitely not recommend Elements based on the extreme hassle in simply booking a massage. "
