"Kathryn was amazing very knowledgeable she was terrific that's why I'm joining!"
"I have had very good luck with the therapists at elements. Robert and Kathryn have proven to be knowledgeable and effective for my condition. I was skeptical at first, feeling that a chain like elements may not have therapists with the training that a condition like mine requires, but I am very satisfied."
"All staff are so friendly and compassionate. It is clean and very professional. Kathryn is my massage therapist and she always does whatever is needed and I always feel better afterward."
A good client for me is someone who is experiencing:
The need to feel relaxed, while also getting some work done
Physical and/or emotional stress
Chronic neck and shoulder pain/tension
Low back and hip pain
Achy and/or tight legs
What makes my massage unique?
You! Every body is different, and therefore needs a different massage than everyone else. I’m a problem solver, and like to figure out exactly where the pain is coming from, and treat that area. For example: if you are experiencing low back pain due to sitting down at a desk all day, the source of the pain might actually be coming from your legs and/or a deep abdominal muscle! Knowing where to go, and which techniques to use in each situation, and being able to apply them with confidence is the key to a great massage.
What keeps me passionate about massage therapy?
The way that the human body responds to stress, both physical AND emotional, and how it manifests differently in everyone, completely fascinates me. And the fact that a massage is able to treat both kinds of stress at the same time is quite frankly, awesome. Knowing that I am helping someone feel better, and finding the source of the physical pain and being able to lessen it, really brings me joy.
