"Chris did a fantastic job relieving a right knee glitch and I appreciate his therapeutic approach when that is what is called for!"
"Chris gave me some very good information about an injury I had. He suggested exercises and stretching and I feel much better."
A good client for me is someone who is experiencing:
- Stress (physical and/or mental fatigue)
- Rigors of working in an office environment
- Need for relaxation and serenity
- Recent or chronic muscular injuries
- Need to reduce post sports pain
What makes my massages unique?
My massages are unique in that I work into the tissues of the body gradually, understanding that the muscles will tend to contract if force is applied to soon. I will then access the deeper structures gradually and methodically as much as possible; I have a lot of success with this approach. My background in personal training allows me to see postural deviations which are often the root cause of the pain the clients I see are experiencing.
What keeps me passionate about massage therapy?
I am very interested in anatomy and am always seeking knowledge to help me better serve my clients. I feel more successful as a therapist when I apply things I’ve learned to my treatments.
