Favorite Area Of Focus: My favorite massage to provide is to listen to the client and give them what they ask for.
"You are an artist!"
"That was the best massage I've ever had."

Prior to Massage, Jen earned a degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry & Classical Civilization from the University of North Carolina.
Jen has lived in IL, NC, SC, ME, OR, AK, CA, AND CO. She took time off to travel for about a year in 1996, this included Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Equador, Peru, England, Scotland, Ireland, Nepal, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, South Africa, Belgium, the Netherlands Zambia, and Zimbabwe. While traveling I climbed 3 peaks over 17,000 feet in Nepal, Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa, and hiked the Inca Trail in Peru. I also enjoyed snorkeling around the Galapugos.
I firmly believe healing begins with personal responsibility and a healthy balance in drinking water, eating real food, moving our bodies, regular good personal hygiene, and most importantly a good attitude in life. Then, whether you are receiving western or eastern treatment you will be playing an active role in your own healing.
"Every day I have the opportunity to help keep the minds and bodies of my clients functioning optimally. Whether I am supporting your fitness program, relieving your stress, providing a needed sense of touch to the elderly or allowing a caregiver the sense of being cared for: I am enhancing the lives of people in my community."
