Florida College of Natural Health. Graduated in 1996.
“My goal as a massage therapist is to be a calm presence and skilled guide for my clients as they work through limitations in their bodies, whether that be from injury, poor movement patterns or trauma. I use craniosacral therapy as well as deep tissue techniques to customize an optimal treatment plan that will help them achieve their wellness goals.”
Chronic Pain/Tension, Injury Treatment, Motor Vehicle Accident Injuries, Headaches/Migraines, Postural Imbalances, and Repetitive Strain Injuries (carpal tunnel, tendonitis).
“I had a client with severe frozen shoulder who lost almost complete range of motion from a fracture. She had to keep her arm pinned to her ribs to avoid severe pain. Within a few months of regular treatment, she was pain-free and regained over 90% of movement in all ranges. She was able to return to all of her normal activities and enjoy her life again.”
WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGES UNIQUE?
“I look for patterns of tension where the body may be bracing from an injury or stuck in a less than ideal postural compensation. I treat the whole body while addressing the more specific issues. I teach clients body awareness skills so they can self-correct and make longer-lasting improvements in their bodies.”

WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE?
“I love working with clients who actively engage in the therapeutic process and commit to self-care which supports the work we do together. I’m inspired by clients who are open and willing to learn from what their bodies are showing them and take steps to make long-lasting changes. Working this way keeps me accountable to my own self-care as well. I learn so much from my clients and enjoy being a part of their journey.”
