"I offer a blend of relaxation and treatment sessions around your areas of concern. Deep tissue, myofascial release, and relaxation points around feet, hands, and scalp are often combined in my massage. We will work together to release tension, relieve stress, and strengthen your immune system to bring your body into balance. I am also a yoga instructor and love to share stretches and self-care techniques I have learned from Viniyoga.”

"I have been an athlete all of my life and have been getting massage for the past 16 years. I can categorically say that Molly is a fantastic massage therapist! She has an amazing knowledge of the body and can find areas that need work, even when I forget to tell her about them. I am able to sleep better and my workouts are a lot easier after I’ve had a massage with Molly. Molly has a genuine concern and interest in her clients’ health, and it comes through in her massage. I highly recommend her!' - Steve M."
