Thank you for being a valued client at Elements Massage. Our mission is, and always will be, to provide you with the highest quality, yet affordable, therapeutic massage experience in North Seattle.
Effective 05/01/19, our cancellation policy will change.
Your therapist’s time is reserved especially for you, at your request. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 24-hours-notice so we might reach and schedule clients who are on our wait list.
For cancellation with less than 24 hours-notice and more than 2 hours-notice, the following fees apply:
1-hour session $40
90-minute session $60
2-hour session $80
30-minute session $20
For less than two-hours-notice, including no-shows for any reason, you will be charged the full session fee.
If you are a member or package holder, you may choose to use a session on account instead of the cancellation fee. If you are redeeming a gift card or voucher and fail to cancel or reschedule, your gift card or voucher will be redeemed and will not be available for future use.
Thank you for understanding that we turn away appointment requests every day due to being fully booked. Your reservation is your promise to pay for the time.
