Susan is trained in the “Benjamin” system of massage which incorporates various modalities that target tense tissue. Her massage flows from the center of the body (hips) to the fingers, then hips to toes while using a light and medium pressure. This allows her to feel where the areas of tension, adhesion or congestion are located. Then the massage pressure becomes deeper to alleviate the issue.
