What makes my massages unique?
I took a special interest in learning about the function of muscles, the actions they cause and when tight, the ways they can cause the body to adapt. This adaptive behavior should often be the focus of the treatment. By knowing how to follow this trail, it makes a massage session more productive and successful in returning optimal function.
What keeps me passionate about massage therapy?
By continuing to focus on the education and function of the muscles, which adds to my knowledge base. This keeps me passionate so that I can confidently resolve soft tissue problems both from the perspective of providing treatment as well as educating clients in self-care.
