Two years shy of its Centennial celebration, the Montclair Art Museum continues to value diversity and engage the community in innovative and creative ways. The traveling exhibit "Georgia O'Keeffe in New Mexico: Architecture, Katsinam, and the Land", on display until January 20, 2013, stands out as an example of MAM's mission to illuminate American and Native American art and the accompanying friend/fundraiser promotes partnerships with the Museum that benefit the community as a whole.
The Smokin' Hot Barbeque, firing up on November 30th, will feature savory southwestern fare provided by Ruthie's BBQ and margaritas and cocktails provided by Egan & Sons. Live DJ's from WFUV will spin the music for the country attired attendees.
Elements Therapeutic Massage Montclair is proud to be partnering with MAM to offer this memorable event. The silent auction will be a fun part of the night. Elements has donated a package of three 80-minute sessions, a great way to get some "me time" or to give as gifts to friends or co-workers.
