In accordance with the new restrictions effective Tuesday, November 17, we remain open on our normal schedule.  No changes were made to our industry as massage therapy has not been shown to be a vector for spreading the virus.

We continue to follow our careful protocols.  We thank our clients for wearing masks at all times in our studio, and look forward to helping you manage stress and pain, the Elements Way.

SUMMARY

“I started practicing Qi Gong when I was very young. After many years of practice, I began to notice that I could sense pain and discomfort in other people, before touching them. This sense led me to try and help friends and family with their pain and discomfort, and I began massaging them. I did this for years, working on friends and family as a hobby, and recently decided to make my passion my profession.”

EXPERIENCED WITH

Migraines, Sciatica, and Injury Treatment.

SUCCESS STORIES

"I treated a client who had whole back pain, potentially caused by excessive weight lifting exercise. After twenty minutes of massage, the symptoms were totally gone. This client still comes to me regularly, around every three or four weeks, because he always injures himself, and I help him recover."

WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGES UNIQUE?

“I have studied Qi Gong for over 30 years, a Chinese traditional health practice that has been in existence for over 4,000 years. Qi Gong is widely regarded as exercise, but it is more like moving meditation - connecting mind, body and spirit through movement, posture and breath – cultivating a state of mindfulness, presence and relaxation. By practicing Qi Gong for so many years, I have developed the ability to ‘talk to the body’ and detect patient’s illness points (trigger points, and problem areas) and can provide massage instinctively and using intuition and body reading to address the specific issues in each individual body. All of the techniques and strength of the pressure I use in a session are generated by the clients’ problem areas and their bodies’ situation. More than that, Qi Gong massage helps open up patient’s blocked meridians, or body energy routes (traditional Chinese medicine term), and when the practitioner fills these routes with his own energy, the patient will feel refreshed and full of that energy after the massage.”

WHAT DO YOU MOST APPRECIATE WHEN RECEIVING MASSAGE?

“I think when the therapist knows exactly where the problems are and addresses them effectively.”

WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE?

“I like to help people and relieve their pain.”
