Our process starts with our front desk who themselves are professional massage consumers and have personal reference points from massages they have had with our therapists.  They will get enough information to make sure we are matching you with the right therapist in our team to address your needs.  They are choosing from a diverse team of therapists that specialize in many different types of massage techniques. 

Our highly skilled therapist team will start the massage session by asking a few more details about what you are hoping to achieve from the massage session and then will hand craft an experience to meet your needs.  Our team is looking beyond feeling great in that single massage session, the team is looking at your overall wellness plan and how we can make you feel better every day, not just the time you're in the studio.

I received an $89.00 gift certificate for Christmas for your Dilworth Neighborhood Charlotte, NC location. I was not notified that this location closed. I called your South Park location in Charlotte, NC and Maggie the receptionist told me they would not honor my certificate. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service I have received at both locations in Charlotte, NC. I also called your franchise support number and the line kept ringing with no option to leave a voicemail.
