Try Yoga on the Rocks. Red Rocks Amphitheatre is one of the greatest music venues and one of Colorado’s most popular attractions. This summer, be sure to participate in at least one session of Yoga on the Rocks. With brilliant teachers, and stunning sunrises, this experience is sure to make your day or summer. If you can’t make yoga, Film on the Rocks is a fantastic alternative.
Additionally, Rainforest Yoga in the morning or evenings is happening this summer at the beautiful Butterfly Pavilion in Westminster. What could be better than yoga in a tropical oasis in the middle of Denver?
The Whole Expo in September is the Four Corners showcase for natural, holistic, and ecologically friendly products and services. Hundreds of vendors, providers, and naturalist come together to promote local products, promote the protection of the Colorado environment, and bask in the Durango sunshine. Consider making it a weekend trip with the family!
