Rich specializes in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, deep tissue massage, adn structural integration (working with posture).
He believes in a holistic approach to healing and wellness, looking at the whole body system - not just treating symptoms.
Rich's massage therapy training was at the Baltimore School of Massage. Prior to his career in massage therapy, Rich worked as a machinist for Amtrak, and as an automotive mechanic and automotive store manager. He was in the US Marine Corp from 1972-1976.
Rich enjoys practicing QiGong and Tai Chi, motorcycling, and remodeling homes.
Rich has traveled all over the US, the Caribbean, Mexico, and the Far East, and has lived in New York, North Carolina, California, Tennessee, Okinawa, and Japan. His future plans include a vacation in Italy.
