Kelly skillfully blends traditional Swedish massage with neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release techniques to administer a truly refreshing and relaxing therapeutic experience. Our top therapist specializing in scalp and facial work, Kelly focuses on areas of tension that typically receive little to no attention. This increases the efficacy of her treatments and highlights her specialty training in the treatment of upper cross syndrome (chronic tension in the upper body related to forward-posture). Kelly integrates proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, or PNF, to gently and effectively stretch affected musculature while working on antagonist muscle groups. Kelly's delivery of these techniques is gentle and relaxing and does not elicit the discomfort typically associated with other therapeutic modalities like deep tissue massage. Her intuitive touch and warm energy make her an excellent match for clients new to massage therapy, pediatrics, and prenatal/post-natal mothers.
