Testimonials
"This was my first time at Elements. The ladies at the front desk were very kind. My muscles were hurting because of working from home at a computer all day, every day, with terrible posture and loads of stress. Selena was great. She was very personable and made sure to check with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure what what I needed. She even gave suggestions of how to stretch and keep the muscles loose. I even signed up to be a member to make sure I’m taking care of myself while working from home."
"Selena is absolutely wonderful! She doesn't just give a relaxation massage (though she's great at that when needed)... she pays attention to the muscles... how they're moving or not moving, how they fit with your bones, how they work with your body movements. and making sure you leave refreshed and feeling "put back together." I have never had a bad experience here, even on days she isn't available. The front desk staff are so helpful, caring, and do a great job of explaining everything. If you haven't been to this location, I highly suggest it."
