Britt: A hot bath, exercise, eating healthy & getting a massage on a regular basis are essential for my well being. Making a commitment to do at least one of these things is a really good & enjoyable way to reward yourself & take care of your mind, body, & spirit.
Nadine: Take an epsom salt soak, use 2 T Epsom salt in the hottest water you can stand and just soak until the water goes cold. This will get the toxins to leave the body and they ar replaced with minerals the body needs. Sore muscles feel so much better especially after a massage.
Carlton: When I'm stressed I practice breathing techniques, Yang Style Tai Chi and receiving massage of course.
