Did you know that your muscles retain a memory of movements and trauma? When a task is repeated or done just enough times your muscles create a long term memory for that task, allowing it to be done with no effort. Just like riding a bike, once you learn you never forget. If we didn't have muscle memory we would have to relearn basic tasks everyday. Regular massage retrains the muscles and is proven to improve posture, movement, flexibility and emotional behavior.
