Compensation will be based on experience. In addition to the base compensation there will be a bonus opportunity for meeting studio goals.

Duties and Responsibilities -

The Studio Operations Manager is responsible for direct oversight of the operations of the studio.
This position ensures that the studio is providing the industry's best experience with each and every client.
The Studio Operations Manager is also responsible for coaching and mentoring the staff to ensure a flawless "Elements Experience" and meet established studio goals.

Hiring & Training -

Oversee the staff hiring process including interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining.
Conduct administrative training in accordance with Elements and studio established processes.
Complete performance reviews of all staff members. Conduct regularly scheduled staff meetings. Keeping staff members motivated.

Daily Operations -

Create a warm, inviting environment for staff and clients.
Oversee all established studio processes.
Demonstrate complete competency and proficiency with MindBodyOnline (scheduling software).
Work with studio owner to create programs to increase productivity and reach revenue goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Ensure studio compliance with studio privacy policy.
Maintain website and update all Facebook, Twitter and other social media accounts.
Meet and exceed all studio goals.

Studio Upkeep -

Monitor supply inventory.
Keep studio equipment in good running condition. Ensure studio cleanliness and appearance.

Other Requirements -

Must have complete open availability and be flexible with work schedule.
An average work week will be 45 hours at the studio, including nights and both Saturday & Sunday, which are the busiest days of the week.

Recommended Qualifications and Considerations -

Self starter.
Detail oriented.
Operations, sales, customer service experience (2+ years required).
Direct supervisory experience including knowledge of HR requirements.
Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Web-based scheduling, a plus.
Industry experience, a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment.
Ability to remain confident and calm under stress.
