Elements Massage Coral Springs is looking for a Wellness Membership Advisor/Scheduling Coordinator (1) to create an exceptional massage experience for all the clients every time they enter the studio. Full-Time and Part-Time hours available. Experience working in the Massage and Wellness industry a plus! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Wellness Membership Advisor/Scheduling Coordinator (1) is directly responsible for each administrative step of our established “Service Path” and following all procedures and processes to ensure a flawless “Elements Massage Experience” The WMA/SC (1):

  • Creates a calm environment.

  • Answers phones professionally.

  • Utilizes all scripts and job aides to convert phone calls into appointments, including matching clients and therapists correctly based on our level system and client’s problem areas.

  • Schedules appointments correctly.

  • Thoroughly documents all appointment notes and profile notes to ensure communication is clear and documented.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of our massage model, therapist skill levels and price structure.

  • Proficient with massage therapy terminology.

  • Upgrades longer appointment sessions and enhancement add-on services.

  • Greets every client with a smile.

  • Manages lobby flow, ensuring sessions are marked arrived, starting and ending on time.

  • Proficient and Flawless Client Intake Data Entry Process including, PRC Cards.

  • Understands MBO-Sales and Checkout Process.

  • Collecting cash and entering credit card Massage Therapist tips in MBO.

  • Correctly charging clients for appointment sessions, with assistance.

  • Rebook client appointments after their sessions.

  • Explaining the Membership to the Wellness Program, entering contracts in MBO, with assistance.

  • Sells Gift Cards, with assistance.

  • Addresses emergency scheduling issues quickly and professionally provides helpful responses to requests from clients and involves management as needed.

  • Addresses client requests and disputes professionally and efficiently.

  • Follows all HIPAA regulations and Element’s privacy practices.

  • Communicate and work harmoniously with coworkers and the management team.

  • Provides timely and appropriate communication with studio management.

  • Demonstrates flexibility.

  • Studio Cleanliness and COVID Safety Protocols- including but not limited to, hourly lobby, studio, and bathroom checks to ensure everything is clean, orderly and stocked.

  • Completes tasks by deadlines as assigned by the management team.

  • Other Duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS & PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

  • Front Desk Reception.

  • Answering Phones.

  • Greeting and engaging with clients.

  • Reliable and dependable.

  • Ability to adhere to a set work schedule, including arriving on time and working all scheduled shifts and hours.

  • Customer service skills.

  • Professional Presentation.

  • Computer proficiency-Web-based scheduling, a plus.

  • Massage, Healthcare or Wellness Industry Experience is a plus.

  • Sales experience, membership sales experience is a plus.

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (written and verbal) is essential

  • Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment

  • Ability to remain confident and calm under stress

  • Valid driver’s license and up to date auto insurance (for offsite events and training only)

WHAT ELEMENTS MASSAGE® STUDIOS ARE COMMITTED TO

  • Enhanced cleaning procedures including 15 minutes between each appointment to deep clean suites and common areas.
  • Meeting or exceeding all state, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene. All disinfectants used in the studio are verified to ensure they meet the EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
  • Staggered appointments to minimize social contact and optional curbside check-in via phone call to avoid gathering in waiting areas.
  • Employee temperature screenings at the start of their shift to guarantee a temperature of 100.4 or lower (in accordance with CDC recommendations) to ensure our team is well and ready for your service.
  • All staff members will wear a mask when in the lobby, during any interaction with a client, or when in the break room.
  • Increased education for our team focused on sanitation and hygiene standards for smart, safe practices.

Because we were founded by a massage therapist, we do things just a little differently. We'd love to show you what makes us special! Annual salary $25,000 on average for full-time. Eligible for pay increases after 90 days and every 6 months thereafter.
