Our team members earns commission for wellness plan sales and have opportunities to earn additional bonuses based on achieving performance goals.


**COVID-19 Update**

Following a temporary closure due to COVID-19, our studio is now reopened. With the health and safety of clients and our team members as our top priority, we have implemented new safety protocols and elevated cleaning procedures in accordance with federal and state guidelines for your protection. These include, but are not limited to:

  • client screening questions,

  • the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and

  • strategic scheduling to allow for cleaning between appointments.

Job Description

We are looking for a sales-oriented, customer-focused, bright, energetic and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Wellness Membership Advisor! This is an entry-level sales position where we will train you to sell!

The Wellness Membership Sales Advisor (WMA) is primarily responsible for driving membership conversions and sales, ensuring client satisfaction through effectively matching them with the most suitable massage therapist and smooth coordination of front desk operations.

The WMA is responsible for generating revenue for the studio through the sale of:

  • Memberships (Converting new clients into members of the Wellness Program)
  • Packages
  • Gift Cards
  • Additional Visits (Rebooking)
  • Upgraded sessions such as longer sessions, aromatherapy or stones

The WMA is also responsible for adhering to established “Service Path” procedures and processes to ensure a flawless “Elements Experience” and a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Additionally, the WMA plays a critical role in helping to manage smooth operations of the front desk as well as ensuring that the studio is clean and sufficiently stocked with supplies needed at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sales experience a plus but we will train you
  • Passionate about the power of massage
  • Natural display of empathy
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Hospitality experience a strong plus
  • Web-based scheduling, a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to remain confident and calm under stress
  • Polished appearance
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation

Competitive base hourly rate plus sales incentives/bonuses

Complimentary 1-hour massages
