Elements Massage Pentagon City is a brand new wellness studio looking for an engaging, fearless, outgoing personality to be a part of the Founding Team. You will help create an exceptional experience for all clients every time they enter the studio. Our business is built on Elements Wellness Program sales and the team is rewarded when objectives are met.

Description

Our sales associates earn commissions for wellness plan sales in addition to a base wage and have opportunities to earn bonuses based on studio performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Being the face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio, treating every client with respect

  • Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a flexible, no hassle membership plan

  • Following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program

  • Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate

  • Working as a team with the Studio Manager and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of the world

  • Assisting the Studio Manager in exceeding sales targets and in assuring studio operations are efficient and flawless

Skills

  • Ability to follow a proven sales process to sell the Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty

  • Being at ease talking and listening to all clients and prospective clients to convey a feeling of trust

  • Proficient in handling client criticism by turning it into a story of great customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Prior retail sales experience, preferably selling membership-based services

  • Customer Service experience, preferably in a spa‐like or similar environment where client experiences are distinguish by warm hospitality, attention to detail, and flawless execution

  • Familiarity with modern office tools and systems

  • Comfortable using easy‐to‐learn software programs for scheduling and payment processing

  • Driven to create the best work environment for the entire team and an exceptional experience for the client
