Are you a proven retail sales professional with a passion for extraordinary client service in a health and wellness focused environment?

Elements Massage Geneva is seeking a bright, engaging individual to join our team to lead the sales and service of potential clients and current members. Our team members earn a base pay in addition to commission for meeting wellness program sales goals and session upgrades.

Description of duties:

Our studio needs someone to join our management team to welcome clients into the massage studio and guide them through the Elements Massage Service Path by doing the following:

  • Talking to current and future members about how the Elements Wellness Program is the best way to continue their wellness care
  • Greeting every call and client with a smile
  • Guiding clients through appointment intake paperwork and payment process
  • Working with Massage Therapists to ensure clients get the best care possible
  • Maintaining our clean and inviting studio atmosphere
  • Leading the team to help members utilize unused sessions on their accounts.
  • Working directly with our members who have suspended and terminated accounts.
  • Working closely with our new members to ensure they are having a great experience.
  • Meeting monthly goals set by the manager based on sales, enhancement upgrades, and attrition.

Qualifications:

  • The ability to have fun in a rewarding atmosphere
  • Previous membership based sales preferred but not required
  • A positive and upbeat attitude
  • Willingness to learn and excel in our sales atmosphere
  • Able to work a variety of hours including days, nights, and weekends
  • Strong customer service background
  • The ability to lead conversations with our clients and connect with them and make them feel welcome in our studio
  • The ability to handle conflict resolution
  • Fit in with our wellness based, family/team oriented culture.

Skills:

  • Have the motivation to meet or exceed personal and studio goals
  • The right candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills, but more importantly, love listening to all new, established, and prospective clients.
  • Has a proactive method toward sales and exhibits a resolute attitude that helps gain members
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications
