Elements Massage White Plains, NY is looking for an engaging, fearless, outgoing personality to lead the sales and customer service of potential clients and current members. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a sales / customer service environment and wants to make a positive difference in a customer’s life through health and wellness.

Our team members will earn commission for wellness plan sales and have opportunities to earn $200+ in additional bonuses each month.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Elements Massage White Plains, NY is looking for a Wellness Membership Advisor to create an exceptional customer service experience for all clients every time they enter the studio.

  • Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Massage Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan.

  • Following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Massage Wellness Program.

  • Being the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio.

  • Ensure the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.

  • Working as a team with our Owners, Manager, Massage Therapists and fellow Wellness Membership Advisors to create an environment where clients are the center of the world.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Massage Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.

  • The right candidate must like talking, but more importantly, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.

  • The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic office and grow with our studio.

  • Looking for leaders that want to advance.


  • Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.

  • Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred, but not required; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.

  • Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs.

  • Have the ability to think quickly and react appropriately in different situations.

  • Driven to create the best overall customer service experiences for our clients.

  • Willingness to learn, desire to be part of a team and and help others on their wellness journey.

Studio Specific Benefits:

  • Pay $13 to $15 per hour depending on experience.

  • Bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers.

  • Complimentary monthly massage.
