If you are physically active a massage can be very beneficial for you. When a person is physically active their muscles contain lactic acid. This is why a person may feel sore after a work out. A massage therapist can massage your muscles in a way that will release these toxins from your body. After the massage you need to make sure that you drink plenty of water so your body can naturally get rid of these toxins.
My massage therapist at Elements Massage Buckhead was simply incredible. He was welcoming and made me very comfortable. I enjoyed the fact that he wanted to sit and talk to me about my self and how I was feeling before he started the massage. He tailored the massage to fit my needs. There was never a time that I felt pain or uncomfortable. Once the massage was over, my massage therapist left the room and came back once I had dressed and collected my belongings. He then sat me down again to talk to me about how I was feeling after the massage and the things I needed to do to make sure I benefited even more from my massage. I would rate my massage therapist a 10 out of 10 and cannot wait to return.
