Sales and Client Services - Management Positions Available

$11.00/hr + bonus for each membership acquired (Higher Pay Base on Experience)

The Sales/Client Service Specialist (SCSS) is directly responsible for client conversions and coordinating front desk operations. The SCSS is responsible for client conversions in order to meet studio goals and quotas to ensure growth and profitability through the sales of:

  • Memberships of Wellness Program

  • Holiday Packages

  • Gift Cards

  • Additional Visits (Rebooking)

  • Upgrading sessions 

The SCSS is responsible for adhering to established Service Path procedures and processes to ensure a flawless Elements Experience including, but not limited to:

  • Greeting every client with a smile and creating a serene environment.

  • Open/Close studio independently

  • Answering phones professionally and converting phone calls into appointments.

  • Demonstrating complete knowledge of our massage model, therapist, skill levels and price structure.

  • Proficiency with massage therapy terminology.

  • Matching clients and therapists correctly based on our level system and client's problem areas.

  • Mastering MBO through accurate scheduling and completing the retail sales process.

  • Addressing emergency scheduling issues quickly and professionally.

  • Communicating with clients to determine areas of improvement within the Service Path and complete client satisfaction.

  • Providing helpful responses to requests from clients and involve management as needed.

  • Addressing client requests and disputes professionally and efficiently.

  • Complying with all HIPAA rules and regulations and/or applicable state privacy and security laws.

  • Communicating effectively with coworkers.

  • Providing timely and appropriate communication with studio management.

  • Being flexible.

  • Actively participating in staff meetings.

  • Facilities management, including but not limited to, hourly studio

  • checks to ensure massage rooms and restrooms are clean and properly stocked.

  • Completing tasks by deadlines as assigned by supervisor. (Example: Communicating with members and clients who have not visited the studio in the past 45 days with the goal of scheduling their next session.)

  • Other Duties as assigned.

REQUIRED Job Qualifications:

  • Must have sales experience. Experience working in spa, salon, health or wellness business will be highly preferred.

  • Have experience with opening and/or closing a business and being a key holder

  • Must have worked in an customer facing environment where you are confident and comfortable speaking with and establishing good rapport with clients, making face to face sales pitches in a convincing and conversational manner is key

  • Demonstrate excellent phone skills and great client relationship skills

  • MUST be very computer literate and detail oriented with experience working with web-based scheduling / retail software that manages schedules, checks out clients, is highly preferred.

  • Ability to be multi-task and be flexible to work in a changing, dynamic environment

  • Self starter / takes initiative to keep productive and contribute to completing operational tasks

  • Must love massage since that’s our business!

  • Must have a great smile and friendly personality!

  • Work at least 20 hours a week and full time positions available for the right candidate.

  • Flexible schedule and be able to work at least 1 weekend shift
