Education: Colorado School of Healing Arts
Beth became a massage therapist because massage therapy helped her overcome injury and pain. She is a life-long learner who earned a 1000-hour certificate from the Colorado School of Healing Arts with subspecialties in cranial sacral therapy and neuromuscular therapy. She also holds a Certificate of Lymphedema Therapy from the Norton School of Lymphedema Therapy. She has studied Myofascial Release with John F. Barnes, MT/PT and MT/Rolfer Til Luchau. In her 15 years as a massage therapist, she has observed that clients who pay attention to their health and include massage therapy regularly in their lives seem to live longer and more joyfully. Beth loves to hike and is an avid practitioner and instructor of Taoist Tai Chi, a long, Yang style martial art.
