Philosophy on Healing: I am a believer in making the body completely balanced. I have a big heart for helping people alleviate short term or chronic pain and regain their lives. I believe when you come in with your pain you should leave without it, or reduced. The body should be refreshed, rejuvenated, and feel like yourself again so you can be the best for your loved ones.

Massage Style: My massage is extremely fast paced and efficient. I use many different techniques throughout the massage to eliminate knots out of your body and make you feel your best. I incorporate Swedish only upon request so the time can be spent relieving knots and increasing range of motion. With consistent massage, I guarantee to reduce or eliminate pain and keep it from coming back.
